RE: REFUND FOR AIR TICKET
Sir,
On 8th October 2023 I booked and paid for Arik Air flight W3743 Port Harcourt to Lagos flight scheduled for 12.30hrs of 9th October 2023. Around 9.00hrs on 9th October, I received a mail from you that due to operational reasons, the Arik Air flight W3743/Port Harcourt Int /'l - Lagos which was earlier scheduled for 09/10/2023 12.30hrs has been rescheduled for 13.40hrs.
I later received another email from you showing that the same flight has been rescheduled again for 15:40hrs.
These changes in your schedule drastically affected my itinerary, leaving me with no option than to make an impromptu arrangement for another flight so as to catch up with my international flight which I had booked earlier on. I immediately intimated you and requested for a refund but up till this moment, I have not been refunded the money.
I therefore wish to once again respectfully request that I be refunded the Air Ticket money since I did not get the service I paid for.
